1. Ownership & Operation

TriviaSlam.com is owned and operated by Townsend Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Operations are primarily conducted from Michigan, USA.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the site.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account; guests may play limited modes. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Coins & Purchases

• TriviaSlam offers free play plus optional paid features using Coins.
• Coins have no cash value and are not redeemable for real currency.
• Coins remain on your account until spent, or until the account is deactivated or banned for misuse.
• Refunds: Coin purchases are non-refundable except in cases of verified technical error or failed delivery.

5. User Conduct

Users must act respectfully. You may not exploit, interfere with, or manipulate any aspect of the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Abusive, threatening, or vulgar behavior — including misuse of chat or offensive usernames — may result in temporary or permanent bans, depending on severity.

6. User Content

Users may, in the future, submit questions and quizzes. By submitting content, you grant TriviaSlam a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and display that content on the platform. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit.

7. Data & Privacy

We collect certain information such as username and email when you register. We may also automatically collect technical data (e.g., IP address, device/browser info) for security and analytics. Cookies and analytics tools may be used in the future. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full payment card details on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Townsend Services LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts located in Michigan for any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service.
